The Signal in the Noise is the recording and collaboration project of Seattle area rock and metal guitarist Mike Klepper. The projects crushing first release - Kingdoms Fall - features the incendiary lead guitar work of Kevin Hughes and the soaring vocals of Ben Burris (DBA Lazarus Kaine Music) atop the songs hard-driving rhythm track.
